• Receive access requests: Even when you are away from your residence, you can interact with visitors and choose to grant access at your discretion. The process is both user-friendly and effective.
• Manage your devices: Users have the flexibility to connect one or multiple devices for door access. Upgraded your smartphone? No problem. You can easily add or remove registered devices for video call reception.
• View your history: The app includes a feature that displays your video call log. This function provides an opportunity to review past calls and verify visitor information if needed.
• Installation: Before commencing usage, it is crucial to ensure eligibility for utilizing the application, which is part of the Intratone product line. Confirm with your landlord, property manager, or owner regarding the availability of this service.

If a call transitions to audio-only mode, users can unlock the door for visitors by pressing the asterisk key on their device.
